The Dylan: stay in a palace

The Dylan: stay in a palace

This little palace in a very elegant neighbourhood offers a very refined experience. Be spoiled by the personalised service.

In the 18th century, Vivaldi, who was also a conductor, once gave a concert in this majestic house. Today, it is one of Amsterdam's most beautiful and elegant hotels. There are 40 rooms and suites, including duplexes with exposed beams. The decoration of the hotel's original owner, Anouska Hempel, has been preserved, with colours inspired by the Dutch East India Company. Renovated under the careful guidance of a new designer, the rooms are just as intimate and seductive, with their cream and white accents, black lacquer, exposed beams and Asian furnishings, all of which recall the former Dutch empire. The hotel offers its clients personalised services: as soon as you arrive, the concierges are ready with ideas and suggestions to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is located in the elegant Nine Streets neighbourhood, where high-fashion boutiques abound, making it an ideal place to spend a few days of shopping and relaxation. Thanks to the talent of chef Dennis Kuiper, the hotel's restaurant, the Vinkeles, is considered one of the best in the city. Enjoy the view of the private gardens as you savour the crispy Anjou pigeon in foie gras sauce…
