L'Edzen: creativity on a plate

L'Edzen is a haven of peace and quiet just a stone's throw from Anse-Vata. Gaël Chou and his team prepare dishes overflowing with quality, joy, and creativity.

Diners in L'Edzen's shady garden will enjoy fresh ingredients in refined and inventive fusion food: a dream come true for lovers of sweet and savoury marriages and bold flavour combinations. Must-try dishes include the Zen burger with pan-fried foie gras, and the salmon club sandwich. Aside from a few staples, dishes – which are copious and creative – change daily. In the evenings, treat yourself to the surprise menu, which must be booked 24 hours in advance. Sensational surprises are guaranteed from start to finish. L'Edzen also serves breakfast and afternoon tea, complete with a wonderful selection of fragrant teas and infusions. The homemade cakes and chocolates vary according to playful pastry chef Philippe Prévot's mood: from an Amarena cherry pudding with kava marshmallows to feuillantine or a deconstructed fruit vacherin, there are all sorts of sweet treats to choose from to round off a delicious meal.
