New health measures to accommodate unaccompanied children
As of June 1st 2020, we are pleased to announce that we will be resuming our Kids Solo service on all our flights.
To ensure their health and safety, we have put in place the following measures:
Wearing a mask is mandatory for children over 11 years old. However, wearing a mask is strongly recommended for children between 8 and 11 years old.
The number of children travelling alone is limited, to allow our staff to ensure that health rules are respected for each child throughout their journey, from the moment they are picked up to the moment they are handed over to the adult waiting for them on arrival.
The child's flight must not include a connecting flight, as the children's lounges are closed.
Important: Please do not book 2 separate flights if the desired route is not available with a direct flight. No adult supervision can be provided at the connecting airport. The child's travel must be justified according to the travel regulations currently in place. These conditions are subject to change in line with governmental health regulations.
We are happy to welcome back children on our flights and remain committed to ensuring their health and well-being on board.
